Anisodamine combined with lidocaine improves healing of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats via PI3K/Akt signaling pathway

Purpose: To study the effects of anisodamine (Ad) combined with lidocaine (Ldc) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats, and its correlation PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.Methods: A total 70 healthy rats were randomly divided into S group, M Ad Ldc + LY group. The cardiac hemodynamic indices each group determined, area infarction measured. Serum biochemical also determined. Furthermore, protein expressions p-Akt, T-Akt, Bcl-2, Bax cells determined by Western blotting.Results: Compared those significantly improved, while was reduced (p < 0.01). serum malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration but activities CK, CK-MB, TNF-α, IL-6 declined, superoxide dismutase (SOD), CAT GSH-Px rose In Bcl-2 increased, decreased. Through comparison LY294002 inhibited protective effect against MIRI 0.01).Conclusion: Anisodamine combination has a via PI3K/Akt pathway, thus indicating that it is potential therapeutic strategy for management ischemia-reperfusion.
